We have a bachelor party this morning and we have great weather! King salmon are starting to stage and fishing in the harbor is getting good! We are heading offshore this morning looking for some rainbow trout though. We found some fishing in 130 -150 feet of water straight off the lighthouse and north to pigeon river. By 9AM we had 8 rainbows so we moved in to find some staging kings. We found 4 kings inside the harbor using silver horde plugs.

We were greeted this morning to storms coming through. Not good for fishing! We sat at the dock for an hour waiting for the front to pass. We finally left the dock at 630 and started fishing by 7. Fishing started turning on by 830 and had 3 fish in by 9AM. The trip ended with 6 king salmon and 4 rainbow trout. Our best baits were green and glow magnum JB spoons on downriggers set 70-90 feet down and fishing in 120-140 feet of water off northpoint.

This morning we have repeat customers so the pressure is on! But that turned out for the best! We had good fishing this morning! The rainbow trout were eating michigan stinger spoons on the planer boards in blue/white/gold and green/gold. We were fishing 100 to 140 feet of water from the sheboygan lighthouse to whistling straights golf course. We also had 2 king salmon that came on wire divers using green/glow hot spot flashers and bullfrog flies.

We had a great morning of fishing again! It started out slow, but it came out good in the end! We had 2 lake trout early on in 100 feet of water on magnum spin doctor flashers in white/glow and bullfrog flies on wire magnum divers. We moved out to 250 feet of water and found 6 rainbow trout that hit on planer boards with blue/gold michigan spoons. We had 2 king salmon on the downriggers set 90 and 110 feet down with white/glow hot spot flashers and aqua fl

Our second charter trip of the day started out with great rainbow trout action! We started in 120 feet of water straight off sheboygans lighthouse and had almost instant fishing action! We ended the evening with 9 rainbow trout and 1 king salmon, our 2 man limit. All of our bites came off the planer boards with 2 and 3 ounces of weight using michigan stinger spoons, orange or green.

This morning started out with thick fog so we started right out front of sheboygan harbor, and headed northeast to 80 feet of water. We picked up 2 king salmon on the way on black/glow spoons on inside slide divers. When we got out deeper thats where we picked up 2 more king salmon on flasher/flys on the downriggers. Flashers in chrome/black with bullfrog flies on wire magnum divers were the best picking up 6 out of 11 king salmon.
